<description>Sebaceous cysts occur when the oil-producing glands within the skin become blocked, leading to a build up of sebum in the gland. This gradually enlarges, leading to smooth round bumps that can reach considerable size. Some people are more prone to them than others, and problems develop when the oil becomes infected. The Air Force Academy&#8217;s status as a branch of the military does not diminish or disqualify Louisville&#8217;s right to pay tribute.
