Turkey – Great For A Sailing Charter

Turkey is bordered by Bulgaria and Greece in the northwest region, Iraq in the southeast, Iran and Armenia in the east, and Syria in the south. You can sailing vacation in the south and west of the country’s 80 provinces.

The Ionian coast is an ideal yachting spot especially for bareboats and gulets. In the ancient times, Greek and Turkish sailors were amazed of the coast’s gentle winds and very favorable climate.

One of Turkey’s most attractive tourist activities is sailing along its calm, relaxing, and stunning sea waters. Aside from sailing, Turkey can also offer its historical and archaeological sites. You can find some of the country’s ancient architectures in Istanbul (the largest and the former capital city). You can visit the world-famous Hagia Sophia, Pera Palas, Grand Bazaar, Galata Tower, and the Dolmabahce Palace. If you are not interested in prehistoric buildings, you can have a stopover the world.

    When the Islamic Republic of Iran attacked and occupied the U.S. Embassy in Tehran in 1979, under International Law, a State of War began to exist, as that action was an attack on the sovereign territory of the United States. Under that IL, a State-of-War exists to this date between the United States of America, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

    Same thing happened here in British Columbia about seven years ago – kept seeing all these provincial govt. job ads looking for people to hire onto the Ministry of Environment to do “benefit analysis” on economic activity that would flow from the implementation of greenhouse gas programs. That was in the job title and description -”benefit analysis.” No mention of the word “cost,” as in “cost/benefit” analysis. But then again, look at the premier we had running the province:
