With The Country Facing A Coalition, Is This A Good Time For A Small Enterprise To Seek Payment For An Overdue Account With A Larger Enterprise?

With the election results giving no party a sufficient lead the voters are now seeing the politicians trying to make deals either for Labour to stay in power or for the Conservatives to take over power, with the Liberal Democrats holding the balance of power. This fluid situation seems to have rattled the stock markets and the longer it continue the worse the country might become. For small enterprises who are still suffering because of the financial downturn, which is still going on, this just makes their chances of being given financial support from the finance houses even more difficult. Where a small company is owed money by a large company for jobs completed or products sold, they are left with an overdue bill and no guaranteed date for payment. Once the bill goes past its last payment date the small company would make contact with the large company to get information on the payment situation, but if this has ended up in delaying tactics then the small company might well examine their Debt Collection paths.

Their first plans for a Debt Collection solution might be the more usual methods of legal practices or Debt Collection companies, but if cash is tight the small company might find that the charges of 10% to 20% of the final bill value plus expenses, is rather high. What might not be so easy to see is the DIY option of Debt Collection Software, where the small company might need to allow between £40 and £100 or so to get a well written Debt Collection Software application, so cost wise this is really much cheaper than the usual Debt Collection options. Obviously the small company will have to set aside sufficient resources to enable them to get the best out of the Debt Collection Software application. By far the most important resource is the people, those who will administer the application and those who will compose the Debt Collection Letters. The administrators should be ICT literate but in this day and age that must be no problem, but those who compose the Debt Collection Letters will need a good command of English, which might be a problem because of the texting used on mobile phones, which might have distorted what is good and what is bad grammar. The Debt Collection Letters are at the crux of the Debt Collection operation and must be created with care because they are the main communications medium between the small and large company and any spelling or grammatical errors can at least hamper the Debt Collection operation and at worse ruin the professional relationship between the two enterprises.

To aid the small company, the Debt Collection Software should have a documentation set that will explain the Debt Collection operation in some detail so that they can kearn how it operates and what they have to do to make it work. There should be a comprehensive section on Debt Collection Letters so that those people who will be writing them have as much information and guidance as possible. There should be full explanation of current legislation that they can use and also it would be very useful if there were some examples of phrases that Debt Collection companies use. All of this and the selection of the right people writing good quality Debt Collection Letters and storing all of the information in the Debt Collection Software system should ensure that the small company gets the bill paid by the large company and also gets future bills paid on time.

I would in fact live…Something that is hard to do, when society has so many expectations of an individual. Suppose to do this..Suppose to do that. Fuck that, thats why I sometimes hope for zombie apocalypse or something similar. All the bland meaningless bullshit is gone, and its just down to LIVING. We are only alive for a relatively short time anyways, what the fuck are we doing people?! I actually know/knew a couple of terminally ill people. One of them took the drastic route (skydiving/hookers etc), but it was the overall change in view that struck me with all [...]
