There are some case in which a personal injury lawsuit funding is not non recourse. When you begin searching for funding make sure when reading over any contract that the terms and agreements state the loan is non recourse. There are some cases such as workers compensation cases in which you can't receive lawsuit funding. This is not so much because a company is unwilling to look at your case, just the laws in each state are different. I am an independent litigation finance broker and most of the cases we fund are personal injury cases. These are the most [...]

They either have to have probable cause, in which case they will arrest you first, or they ask your permission to search your vehicle, usually in a way that if you refuse then they have probable cause….catch 22.

Chalking tyres is does not damage your vehicle so definitely wouldn't come under the Tort Law. Nor does lifting the windscreen wipers, but ripping the blade off would (unless the blade fell of when being lifted).

Mostly police officers should and can require you to have your vehicle inspected by an appropriate authority if they suspect that it is not road worthy.

well, they can be arrested but they have the right to legal representation. the police is probably trying to find more evidence before making their move…

er, well, obviously IF THEY HAD ENOUGH EVIDENCE to PRESS CHARGES as well as HAVE THEM CONVICTED they would have done so already, yes, it can take years to get new evidence, like when DNA testing etc came out…

I must confess to being a bit stumped myself by your Q for the answer is already there for you surely ?

You've got a placement with someone or an organisation involved in legal services so what do they do ? Look, ask, examine what they are doing ? I expect they will be awash with various guides, documents, text book and similar on their shelves within their work place all relevant to what service they are providing.

The next point surely is equally self obvious. What legal services, aid, or assistance is not already provided for, presumably in the [...]

A personal injury lawyer is the last person ask to get a factual answer. scum. As for apparatus drivers being at fault, been in 8 crashes in my career, driving in 4 of them, and NOT ONE was the fault. I was hit once from behind with lights and sirens operating.
