Probably the same guy who came up with the concept of Sidewalk Sales. I mean, you go to this place expecting to buy a sidewalk and there any for sale, with that. I think he is the same guy who came up with Yard Sales, they never sell their Yard. Maybe the guy figured the performers in a Flea Circus needed a place to shop so he set up Flea Markets?
