It's a good price but you have to ask yourself how much you are going to be able to use that equipment this year. Exmark (Toro) has a lease program with large landscapers. There are stringent maintenance requirements so most of it is in pretty good shape. Check with a local commercial mower store (not a big box store). You may be able to get a more reasonable price and not have to put our the money until later. The only mowing work you may get is some open field mowing or a strip mall or apartment complex were they are dissatisfied with their service. There is detail work to do and planting in the Late Summer as well as aerating in the Fall and dormant pruning.
