Grandifloras (Latin for "large-flowered") were the class of roses created in the mid 1900s to designate back-crosses between hybrid teas and floribundas that fit neither category — specifically, the 'Queen Elizabeth' rose, which was introduced in 1954[. Grandiflora shrubs are typically larger than either hybrid teas or floribundas, and feature hybrid tea-style flowers borne in small clusters of three to five, similar to a floribunda.

Hybrid tea roses typically are one to a stem. They are the florist's choice for a single stem or a bouquet. Floribundas grow in a cluster, and can be large or small.

I prune shrub roses and wild roses similarly. However, shrub roses get pruned in the spring, and my wild roses I prune in late June or early July, just after they finish flowering. You do not have to start this pruning, except for removing dead wood and keeping the shape aesthetic, until the 3rd or 4th season the plant is in your garden.

First, remove any dead branches, either down to a living section or down to the ground if none of the branch is living.

Second, remove any "water sprouts". These are branches going Straight Up from an arching [...]

OK, as a Brit I don't know your country too well but I would love to plan a trip to meet all those lovely librarian-types that I've come to know and love through blogging and Facebook. That'll take in Alaska as well as lots of other places so I guess late summer into early autumn would be the best time (snow starts in October up there). As to transport it would have to bus or train as I don't drive these days and I'd stay in any accommodation so long as it's clean! I won't take anyone with me so [...]

In 1953, there was an experiment showing that some amino acids and DNA bases could be formed from inorganic matter. It sounds more believable than a talking snake seducing naked rib women.

Can you even show otherwise that your God DID form our universe? No? Okay then.
