I have yet to receive this product! Twice shipped. Twice damaged in shipment. Well over a month…..just trying to get product. It should be around fall when I get it….if I ever receive it. I have contacted customer service twice….still no product. I would say I’m a dissatisfied customer….

    You ordered it on the 12th. They ship/mail to you in 5-7 business days, which means it could ship next Thursday (5 days) or maybe not until the following Monday (7th business day). I think it is unlikely but some companies (like Amazon) are really fast. Is there any way for you to upgrade your shipping from standard/ground to expedited? Also, are you able to track the package through UPS or whatever carrier they use?
