Central Vacuum Cleaner Accessories – Make Your Life Easier

One of the great things about having a central vacuum cleaning system is that you do not have to lug around the motor from room to room. Just by plugging in the hose in the outlets, you can quickly and easily vacuum all parts of the house. And just like the traditional vacuum cleaner you have central vacuum accessories such as a floor brush and upholstery brush. There are other accessories that make vacuuming a breeze.

The hose on a central vacuum cleaner is your best friend. They are usually between 20 and 30 feet long, and sometimes up to 50 feet. They can swivel 360 degrees and you don’t have to worry about them being crushed or twisted. Once you have the hose connected to the outlet you can maneuver easily, and continue to have powerful suction.

All of the different tools do their respective jobs well. The dusting brush is great for picking up cobwebs from the ceilings and walls, pet hair and crumbs off the floor. Depending on the brush it can even be used to dust baseboards, windowsills, lights and ceiling fans. The upholstery brush is used not just on sofas and car upholstery, but works well on stairs and furniture.

There is also the crevice tool which works well for cobwebs also, but it is also great for getting in those tight skinny places. You can have a couple different options with the floor brush. You can have a basic brush that’s used for a bare floor or it can be a combination floor and carpet. If you really want to deep clean your carpets when you vacuum you should get the floor brush with a rotating brush. This brush could be air driven or could be electric and plug into an electric outlet by the hose outlet.

Many people get the automatic dustpan. This is a vent along the baseboard of your room. All you do is sweep the dirt up to the dustpan, flip the switch and watch it get sucked away.

These are just a few of the central vacuum cleaner accessories that are available. Get more information on the different types of units and all the accessories that you need.

I’m Portuguese, and I have a room next to the kitchen with the washing machine, central vacuum cleaner, central heater and dryer. Most homes here have it in the kitchen though.

I have two cats and a dog, but I can’t afford a Dyson. I have a Bissel Pet Hair Eraser, and have used it for the last 3 years with good results, and it was only $140.

Dang it I wish I had the spare time. If anybody is board and want some suggestions.1. Autopilot. Add in a GPS, gyros, and a datalink like an XBee and you could have a complete autopilot.2. Automotive infotainment system. Add a GPS ,LCD ,an HD or flash drive and and IDE CD or DVD drive and you have a good start on a automotive infotainment system. I think it does have CAN on it so maybe an entire digital dash.3. Network attached home stereo system.. Okay a bit of over kill for this maybe depending on how bold one gets.4. [...]

This sounds like fodder for an Asian story.. Quick! write your script! :) put it this this way.. foreign obnoxious Singaporean doesn't-know-better girl turns out to be the one his best friend had ever dreamt of all his life. Guy hates this gal, gal hates this guy, and they fall in love while travelling. What do you think? The final crisis they have to manage is: how to let his best friend understand before the best friend actually decide to express himself truly to the gal…
