Tips For Complete Acne Treatment

Acne is a skin disease, or skin rash, that is usually associated with teenagers, but it has been found among adults as well. Although with all the cleansers, creams and treatments out there, acne still clings to your skin and getting rid of it is one heck of mission. The true problem lies in the fact that people are too concerned with curing it, when the actual solution is more about prevention, rather than a cure. By following these five simple steps, you’ll get a better understanding of how to prevent acne effectively. Also you can find more information about it here – Acne Treatment.

Regular use of facial cleansers. The very first step you should take to prevent, is to cleanse. Acne (which includes pimples and other facial blemishes) appears on your skin because the pores on your face become clogged with oil and dust. Therefore, any sensible person would agree that the most practical thing to do would be to cleanse the skin. However, the problem lies with ordinary soap, as it doesn’t help in clearing excessive oil, but actually causes an increase in oil production.

Avoid Touching Your Blemishes. “Once the popping starts it never stops”, most people are tempted to squeeze or pop their pimples as it seems to be an immediate cure for their pimple problem. Just because it looks as though you solved the problem, that doesn’t mean you did. Popping a pimple could worsen the case by inducing bacterial infection, or in worse cases, result in permanent scars. Besides, most of the time your hands are dirty, oily and germ ridden, which will worsen your acne condition. Therefore, the best thing to do is to not touch your face altogether.

Be sure and find an acne cream treatment that has anti-inflammatory properties. Many of the products on the market today can over dry and actually irritate your skin. Harsh chemicals are added to some products and can cause discomfort, burning and itching.

Last but not least, find one that is recommended by others. Testimonials are always good to hear by people that have actually used an acne cream treatment and have seen results. Sometimes the only way to know if something works or not is to just try it for yourself. But, if you know that someone else has tried it and has had success, then you feel more assured that it will work for you.

    Hi Steven,

All quoted prices are for fresh drops with 1 year renewal on them.

In the case of the LLLL.coms you've quoted, they're all expiring shortly. Assuming a $7 renewal fee, one can assume an LLLL.coms value to lose $0.60 for every month nearer it is to needing to be renewed (eg. $7.00/12 = $0.58).

All prices quoted in the guide are based on what buyers should expect to pay and not necessarily what most sellers are willing to sell for (for most, their inability to sell only postpones the inevitable).

    In the case of LLL.coms, I believe you'll [...]

Oooh, excellent! They started carrying Kracie products at our local Watsons too and I bought the hydrating facial sheet mask (haven't tried yet). Have you tried their facial cleansers? They have quite a variety!

If it's working for you, I wouldn't change, especially if you found that facial cleansers aren't working for you.

However bar soap tends to be too harsh for the face and can end up damaging your face in the long run.

Are you using different types of facial cleansers/makeup removers? They have different ones depending on your skin type. Perhaps try one designed for oily skin. Since it seems the harshness of the bar soap works (which it's basically drying out your skin) and you might have been using facial cleansers designed for dry or combination skin, putting too much [...]
