The Best Car Lease Deal Can Be Obtained With A Good Credit

You can purchase a used cars or you can lease one. If you are in the market for a leased car, you may be hoping for the best car lease deal that you can find. Unfortunately, this is not always the easiest thing to do. As the economy is in trouble, the same goes for the average American credit score. If you have poorer credit and you are finding it harder and harder to get the best car lease deal that you can, take heart in the fact that you are not alone in this. Many of the best car lease deal offers out there depend on good credit, so what does that mean for you? Many times you are stuck with a car you don’t want or a deal that you can’t quite get with-to stop this from happening to you, there are a few things that you can do.

Know What You Want

First of all, if you really intend on getting the best car lease deal possible, you should know exactly what you want. If you go to the car lot not sure what it is that you are looking for, you may find that you have salesmen all over you trying to get you to leave with a car that you don’t really want. This is why it is important to do your shopping beforehand. You may not have much control over your credit, at least at this point, but knowing what you want may make a huge difference. If you don’t leave with what you want you can at least leave with something comparable.

Look for the Deals

If you want a Range Rover and you have poor credit, you may not be able to get the best car lease deal out there. It is advisable that you look for something at least comparable to what you want. If you want a Range Rover, a new Blazer may be the best that you can do, at least until you get your credit score up. Keep in mind that car leasing is not ownership, so you may not be able to get what you want now but if you make good on this lease your possibilities are opened much more widely for the next go-round.

Start Working On Your Credit

If you really want to find the best car lease deal possible and your credit isn’t the best, you can at least start working on it. Debt consolidation loans work very well for this purpose, but if you would rather work through the debts one by one that can work very well also. Start with the smaller debts and work up to the larger ones. You can gradually improve your score that way and get the best car lease deal next time if you work hard enough.

Getting a good deal on a car is important, even if you do not have good credit. You can get the best car lease deal, but it may take a bit of work on your part.

Get a quote from CarsDirect first, they are generally pretty cheap. Then go to dealerships and see if they can beat the price. Don’t be afraid to walk away, don’t be afraid to go far to get a good deal. Be very specific in what you want, and do NOT let them sell you the next trim up. You may want to try and find a formerly leased car, still very low mileage but much cheaper. They want your money, and will try damn hard to get it. If you make it known that you really really want the car, [...]

The interest rate being offered is a function of not only the credit score, but also of your debt-to-income ratio (total monthly debt payments divided by monthly gross income) and the loan-to-value (ltv) ratio of the transaction (proposed mortgage amount divided by value of the house).
