Should Teens Have Cosmetic Surgery?
Many people insist that the choice to have plastic surgery done should be made by adults only. Their number one reason is due to the fact that a teenager’s body is still growing.
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has actually set guidelines that their certified doctors must abide by on how to determine if a minor should be allowed to have a surgery completed. The only real legislation involved with teenage plastic surgery is from the FSA who has stated that no person who is under the age of 18 shall be allowed a breast augmentation. The truth is, that although the number of teenagers who undergo a plastic surgery has declined in recent years, there are still way too many procedures being done. Too many teenagers have chosen plastic surgery and in most cases like anything else associated with teenage life it comes down to socialized patterns. Many parents are also not helping the matter. i guess i just have a thing for smaller boobs. my girlfriend wants to get a breast implant because her breasts are slightly uneven, but i’m encouraging her to get a reduction in the larger breast instead 
You need to take some remedial reading comprehension classes. It says that they may tax cosmetic surgery to pay for health care it has not passed, and if they do so what the money has come from somewhere so your boob job will cost 5500 instead of 5000
