It means that you will not be giving them the exclusive.

There are three basic forms of real estate listing contracts:

Open Listing Agreement – Lays out an asking price and commission amount Anyone may sell it. The person who is successful will be entitled to the commission.

Exclusive Right to Agency – Only one broker has the right to market and sell the home, but the homeowner may sell it by him/herself without being charged a commission.

Exclusive Right to Sell – The broker will be entitled to a commission regardless of who is successful in selling the home. [...]

Now you have Major Jerry going along with developers here in town who overbuilt in the condominium market, by rezoning condos as “homes” in an attempt to slip them past Fannie Mae’s underwriting standards so they’ll (we taxpayers) will buy the mortgages. Jerry can call it an “innovative approach,” but it looks and smells like fraud on the American taxpayer to me.

Yeeeah, here in Northern Virginia last winter, we got three feet of snow. And every time it got a chance to melt, it snowed AGAIN. It was miserable. We couldn't go anywhere and we got cabin fever. Cannibalism ensued.

Hot tubs must be maintained, just like a swimming pool would be. If you or keep it up then get rid of it. You maybe able to sell it (ebay, craigslist, some hot tub companies buy used ones), if you wait to long it will just get worse and it will be harder to get rid of.
    Good Luck!
