14, and around 150. pretty muscular but not like body builder or anything. pretty skinny too, I can see my ribcage when I lift my arms. I reccomend just eating a bunch of mcdonalds and be lazy for like a week or so and you should gain a few pounds. never taken any real vitamins and minerals, and inperfect shape.
