Many people confuse this feeling of dehydration for hunger and go on binge-eating spree. The water plan envisions solving this confusion and at the same time supplying the needed water to your body.
Another plan, written by a New York Times best selling author, is touted as the cure for weight loss. Its efficacy and suitability is clear from the results: numerous adherents have shed excess weight in short periods of time. More importantly, they have maintained that weight loss over the long term.
There is no single weight loss cure available which can help everyone. Diet plans can spread more widely if it enters into many other segments other than just diet market. so no one method is universal. There are many methods such as water method, high-protein diet, etc all of these methods are fat burners and helps to reduce weight.
