Master Cleanse Lemon Diet

The Master Cleanse Detoxing Diet has been around for more than five decades, but it has just recently garnered fame because of well-known celebrities using it. The Master Cleanse is a purely liquid diet that must be followed strictly without any exceptions, for a minimum of 10 days. The diet consists of special lemonade prepared from fresh organic lemons, Grade-B maple syrup, cayenne pepper powder and purified distilled water. There are supplementary ingredients that can be added, such as herbal laxative tea, to cleanse the system.

Many find the idea of going 10 days without having a single bit of solid food a bit intimidating. Most people give up on the idea just because of that. A common and reasonable concern that people have is whether they can endure without eating any solid foods, and whether they can cope with their daily routines without any source of energy. Even after people look at the ingredients and recipe, they still seem skeptical and doubt whether the lemonade is enough for proper nutrition and sustenance.

With the Master Cleanse, the opposite actually happens. It seems ironic, but almost everyone who has gone through the Master Cleanse has actually gained more energy and feels fresher during the diet. This can be explained by taking a closer look the ingredients of the Master Cleanse. Lemons are the richest source of vitamins and minerals among fruits, the maple syrup provides the energy and the cayenne pepper helps in loosening and getting rid of all the toxins in your body.

The purpose of this diet is to cleanse the entire body including the kidneys, glands and digestive system, from all toxins accumulated from living an unhealthy lifestyle. With the detoxification process unhindered by the lemon diet, all the substances that are responsible for joint and muscle pains, all the toxins that make us susceptible to colds and flu as well as all the toxins that clog up and block our digestion are dissolved and eliminated from the body. What this lemonade diet will leave you with is a toxin-free and healthy body. Another underrated benefit of the Master Cleanse is its ability to rid the body of addictions to certain substances such as alcohol and caffeine. This is done by removing the toxic chemicals in the body which cause the addiction.

The Master Cleanse Diet Recipe works by supplementing your diet with specially formulated lemonade based drink. That is why it is called a lemonade diet, because of its basis on lemonade.

He found it by just looking up master cleanse. If you click the word Master Cleanse in my post it should take you to a website that gives you the recipe and I think there are other sites that give it out as well. I also had checked out a book from the library about 10 years ago and made a copy of the recipe. We are now on day #2 and its going okay so far. I have a bit of a headache, but surprisingly I'm not hungry really at all. The mixture seems to satisfy you enough.

Grade B maple syrup is less refined so it retains much more minerals and vitamins.

I would not replace it and still expect to get the minerals and nutrients it is designed to provide.
