Natural Acne Treatment

The skin is the largest organ of the body and it helps other organs with eliminating waste. One of the best acne treatments is a diet which will help the body eliminate waste so that it won’t interfere with your skin and cause acne. If you are unhealthy on the inside it will be reflected in your skin. I have come across many interesting suggestions during the search for a natural acne treatment that really works. Some of the ideas are really viable options that can be easily carried out while others do not make much sense at all. Many believe that a person’s complexion depends on his diet and this is probably true to some extent. One of the suggestions for a natural acne treatment was to skip breakfast.

This comes as a big surprise because it goes against everything we are taught about breakfast and good nutrition. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We are constantly reminded of that. Many researchers suggest that breakfast actually helps us burn calories throughout the day. Skipping breakfast as a natural acne treatment seems a little radical, but there is a lucid argument for using this technique for keeping clear skin. Using diet alone as a natural acne treatment was not as bad as I had thought it would be. There are many foods that help the liver and help remove waste from the body

The problem is not breakfast. The problem is the individual’s diet. Your body needs to cleanse itself of what you ate the previous day. And if this does not happen then it will release toxins that may wind up on your face, in the form of acne. Many of us know that the term breakfast comes from break the fast. We fast every night during our sleep. The act of fasting is a natural acne treatment because it cleanses the body of toxins that may wind up on our faces. The fundamental anti-breakfast group suggests that we shouldn’t break the fast first thing in the morning. Drinking a glass of water instead of eating for breakfast is a natural acne treatment that helps the body flush out the bad stuff that we wind up wearing on our faces as pimples. People supporting of this natural acne treatment suggest that no food should be ingested until noon. The only thing you should ingest is water.

This approach seems a little harsh to me, but for someone who really has a very bad acne can consider. If you don’t get up until eleven in the morning, then the fast won’t seem as bad. But it is not the case with everyone, where a person has to get up early in the morning and get ready to go to school or office early morning and for such a person, working on empty stomach for so many hours can be really harsh and can give bad result in the long run. The endorsers of this natural acne treatment swear that you will notice results in a few days. That is if you don’t faint. I guess that it all boils down to how important it really is to you. Using fasting as a natural acne treatment may seem like a small price to pay for someone who has a severe acne problem.

When taking any kind of Medicine, it should be with a glass of Water, or if you want to drink Juice with it, I do not think it matters as long as it is not with Soda, because soda contains Caffeine, and it might make a reaction with the medicine.

I read one report in which they recommended a $500 microwave over another one that sold for over $600. When I need a microwave, I buy one for under $100 and it works fine. I don't need Consumer Reports.
