My experience with Runners Knee

Experiencing symptoms of runners knee? Let me tell you my story. Not only am I young and healthy, I enjoy jogging, running, marathons, and other outdoor activities. Running and similar activities lets me relax and clear my head. So, when I developed Runner’s Knee, I just about lost my mind.

I almost always run every day, and sometimes I’ll compete or run marathons. Last summer, I had some serious pain in my right knee. The doc told me about the condition and how I would need to stop running for a while. I almost slapped him.

There are joints in your knee that glide smoothly against cartilage in the knee itself. But when you get Runner’s Knee, the joints rub up against the knee and causes terrible pain. That’s what I had to put up with, and let me just say that it’s no fun at all.

I got myself a book, a bottle of Vicodin, and tried to get friendly with my couch. It wasn’t long before I went nuts! I wanted to be active, but my Runner’s knee was all ran out for a while.

Here is what I discovered to keep myself sane. There are only so many things you can purchase from infomercials before you realize that none of them work! There is, in fact, a reality show for every single situation you could ever think of. It really is impossible to read the encyclopedia.

God actually created heating pads to heal the whole world. And no matter how many thousands of channels you have, there’s still nothing to watch. Finally, my knee got better and now I am running again. I can only describe those few weeks in my life as ‘Hell Week!’ Well, time to go for a run! Speak to you soon.

I agree with you. I hate any romance reality show, especially Rock of Love and Daisy of Love.

I hope I did it right! But its done! I hope you win! You work so hard to help so many people, you should win! Wish we lived closer so we could help each other out better during these particularly bad times we all seem to be having lately…there is room on my huge bed for our laptops, plenty of books and magazines, heating pads, meds, cups of tea…etc….then we could commiserate and watch movies all day! xoxoxoxo take care

Want to know who someone really is? Put them in a crisis. They can't pretend any more. In Special Operations training whether it's Hell Week for the SEALs or Robin Sage for Special Forces or even at West Point when the first summer is called Beast Barracks– the focus is on putting people under stress and seeing if they really want it.
In the same way, there are many people who would like to be 'authors' but don't want to do the work of being writers.
